The server is hacked and the database deleted (good job we had backup)

This is a little too much and is going to be dealt with legally.

imo this is as serious as being called a scammer without providing proof, which you were recently just unbanned for.

problem is that you can find through google boards where are real hackers offering their services, server deface starts from 100 usd ... if you use those people its not so much chance that you will get caught ... unless the hacker dont want to make money also from the other side, telling who the client was :)

i hope both sides can bring this to a peaceful and mutually satisfying resolution.
