Hentai CP, what the hell?
 

I was browsing thru hentai sites today and I came across an otherwise legal looking hentai TGP site that in one of the sample thumbs had a drawing of a little girl (I'm talking like 6 or 7 years old) being molested by an adult.
Does this quality as CP? Should I report it?

that's so messed up. I'm very open about adult stuff and it's hard to shock me, but as the mom of a 4-year old, I'm outraged. How can that be legal? And then they mess with regular pornographers, unbelievable! This world is upside down.

I'm not going to post the image here, but it depicts an adult molesting a very young kid. Isn't that the whole concept of CP? Granted, no actual children were molested in it since it's a toon, but the idea is actually disturbing.

in canada it's illegal, alongside of any picture of a girl that is meant to make the girl look underage (even if she isn't), so are stories with underage stuff in them, i agree completely the only problem is how that is interpreted by different people

he was found not guilty because they couldn't be sure that she was under 18 but they used things like her wearing a pink ring or bracelet against the guy. kind of shitty in that regards that the dude was being fucked for something that was obviously consenting adults doing something consenting and in the corner it said chloe18 (emphasis on 18) and they still went after him.

The question of "how can that be legal?", however, is pretty dumb. Even if you are disgusted at seeing certain drawings, it should be quite obvious why they can be legal simply because they're drawings.
