would the person who owns clubeighteen be liable for a lawsuit if he used the domain as a porn site since the name is so close to clubseventeen ? I've seen people sued for a lot less :winkwink:

you are flat-out wrong due to the age requirements and there is no chance of confusion either. furthermore, google/visa/powers that be are regulating "teen" porn concepts and the only exceptions to the reg's are names that clearly indicate that the models are of age. so, clubeighteen is a zillion times better than clubseventeen.

so it must be worth a zillion dollars more to then ? Last i checked google didn't care for any names with "teen" in it no matter if it was seventeen or eighteen.

you are entitled to your opinion, but ClubEighteen.com is a Franchise waiting to happen.

JustMade18.com is the kind of domain that has to be built/developed to have value above reg fee. If it was JustTurned18 or Just18 then it would be a little better.

we need to move this domain pronto- i want to see the threads promoting the site.
