Need software that can capture images from your screen for a poker bot
 

I want to make a custom poker bot and need a program that will look at my screen and I can tell it something like =

if pixel 208 is color 59459 and pixel 223 is color 49479, i have an ace.

Anyone know of anything (ocr maybe?), or even an open source easy to use non detectable bot :) ?

Is it illegal to play a poker bot in a computer poker money competition?
