Anyone know of a resource where you enter a text list of sites to ping and the tool pings them sequentially?

I already use Pingler. It doesn't have a text field where I can enter many blogs to ping and it pings them one by one.

Anyone know of a resource? Or is the only way to do this is to use custom code?
