Graphics Card Help Needes
 

I am trying to install a NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT into my Intel Core 2 Quad Q9400. It fits the pins perfectly and I know they are compatible, but this lil bastard isn't working. When I install it, the fan on my PC starts up, but I cannot turn my PC on. Any ideas?

Currently I am running a NVIDIA GeForce GT 230, but the goal is to accomplish a dual monitor setup which this does not support. Thanks in advance for your advice!:thumbsup
