Robert Enke, who was expected to play for germany in the world cup 2010, committed suicide yesterday.
He threw himself in front of a train, near the grave of his daughter who died in September 2006 at the age of 2 due to a heart birth defect.

Robert Enke was 32 years old.

Since he also was the captain of my city's team (Hannover96) i was in shock and went to the funeral march. I want to express my condolences to his family and i also want to say sorry to some of my clients - you'll get your logos/toons with a 24h delay, i hope you understand.

me too, there were thousands at the "marktkirche" in hannover today for the funeral service and the march to the stadium.

..but i think we can at least learn *something* from this: "depression" (he suffered from it since 2003 his doctor said) is a SERIOUS disease. --It's not something you should take lightly, and it's definitely not something to laugh about.
