Yes, euphoriacash.com is up for sale.

This program has been on autopilot now for over a year, yes sales have dropped
however we are still making money with the program.

Reason for selling
2 reasons actually, one is the industry, credit card accts down, tubes, things changing faster than we can,
keep in mind we are a husband and wife team, not a big company, we do everything ourselves so are unable and lack
the knowledge keep up with the
way things are moving.

2nd reason and more of the main reason.
We also run our printing business out of our home, we have a nice offer to open up shop in an awesome location in a college
town nearby. This is a great opportunity for us to sell our merchadise to students in this town. Another thing is in this
town we will be the only ones doing what we can do.

Why sell it off though? Well starting a new biz with all the expenses can be scary and the extra funds could come in quite
handy in this new venture.

We have 4 sites
www.debsdeepthroat.com 9 yr old domain, well known.
www.cynicalangel.com 8 yr old domain well known also
www.campdeeptroat.com 2 yrs old, not doing much
www.sweetxtina.com about 2 yrs, also not doing much

Again, designs were all done by us, some hate them some love them.

If i am not able to sell this I will basically just leave it on autopilot and let it make me money, so any affliates
dont worry, its not going anywhere if i dont sell.

Its a VERY reasonable price, your turnaround in full would be less than a year.

Trust me when i say the sites convert well, we dont have good galleries, up to date designs or alot of traffic. Someone with these could make it in 6 months

We we are keeping all options open, If i sold i would be losing that steady income for sure.
Its a nice lil income too, but i would have more money to use for my new venture, so its kinda a toss up. :thumbsup

I thought it was 6 months these days.. .

I hear 18 months from people that never sell sites and like to pretend they do, or sold them years ago. I hear 3-8 months from more people that do sell them today.
Always are exceptions.

I have heard all kidsa numbers also, I have my price though, if i cant get it i dont sell.

Selling is an option for me not something I have to do.

Deb i am sure you should not sell that program or sites, what you need is a partner, he will make you much more money than when you would sell it. Put some one in place that knows his way around. I am not in the amateur niche so it would not be something for me, other wise i would take a stake in this.
