New to this business, need advice

So I started my own site a few month ago and I feel like I am in way over my head. All of this is a lot to understand and I feel like I need someone much more technical for the day to day stuff

What would you guys suggest?

Maybe you could start by telling more about your site: its niche, url...
It's hard to give an advice without knowing anything about what you do ;)
