Who asks for an account to be canceled? you just stop sending traffic and that's all I think...

I think he just needs the funds that are sitting in hos account. He must not have met the thresh hold for payment to be sent... just a guess

Why not? If you live outside the US you can just create a new identity... Makes me want to move to another country. Just create a new identity and get a new mailbox.... Walla... You are now someone new according to the affiliate programs.

I'm pretty sure you could just re-join with a different business name and PO Box, and endorse the checks "New Business Name" and be fine...
