CCBill WMS: Success or Fail?
Your thoughts?
I was checking it yesterday and today and i really don't like it. And bad for me i can't use the old admin anymore after logging into wms. It still has some major bugs. Like affiliates which have initial ccbill account with a program that didn't migrate to wms can't join wms programs by wms join codes for webmasters(only thru the wms admin). It takes longer to load data and i can't open reports in a new tab anymore. It's uncomfortable to grab links and navigate most of wms the data. And it kinda sucks that every fucker can view your address. Even if he's a program owner. Programs die like flies these days (only 3,5k of 40k of client accounts (CA) remained alive into the old system). The only good thing is helpful support and billing's authority :winkwink: So it's 'Fail' from here (sorry, CCBill :(). The old system was great because of its simpleness. Just a few improvements was needed. |
Too early to say. When sponsors start using it I'll get an idea.
|
I'm sure they will work the bugs out. It's a big step for them and it's going to have some bumps.
I have faith if ANYONE will work it out, it will be CCbill. |
I personally think the old system just needed click referral tracking and it would have been just fine its simple and easy to use
|
signbucks daily ... success or fail? ... :) ...
|
CCbill is a huge sucess, because no matter what, you will always get your payment on time. No bullshit, no excuses, wires hit the bank account every tuesday, not one day late(if there isn't a holiday on monday). And you get paid 1 week after the period ends, not 2-4 weeks like with most sponsors.
And real webmasters don't need anything but a linking code. |

BUT when you sign-up for other programs, they don't get to see your address? lol |

This industry never fails to make me laugh.
Any small time nobody can start a poll complaining about a company that is as good as gold. Over what appears to be his inability to try to conduct business anonymously. Wow |

2 BV maybe because your initial account program has migrated to wms or something. in my case it's confirmed by support that i can't login into old system anymore |
I have no idea. I'm not involved in that. I didn't vote, daizzzy.

While I like CCbill, I can also say I've yet to speak to ANYONE on their live chat system that has a clue what is going on. You have to call and speak to someone. I'm convinced their live chat support is based in India or some other 3rd world crap hole.

Any time I get a email that say OMG!!!!!!!!!! ID #:whatever -just upgraded to wms, I delete the message cause I just can't be bothered to see if it is gonna work - this time. Now, before someone decides to chain me to a stake and set me on fire, Let me say that I am completely happy with the part of ccbill that does work for me and I get more cheques from ccbill than any other place - so far. |

Like you said your old "Legacy" CCBill links will always work even though the sponsor has migrated to WMS. At one point I used my own affiliate script with the sites in BVCash (aka: bikinivoyeur.com, etc) I even have these old link styles still working, tracking, and showing sales in CCBill. So I would rest assured that your traffic and money is safe in the hands of CCBill. Cheers, BV |
CCbill is aces all the way, I can't completely comprehend the wms yet, will take some time to know what's up.
|
So there was no automatic migration for affiliates? You mean to tell me my links that are all over the place suddenly don't work and credit me sales if the program has moved to WMS???
please correct me if I'm wrong. |

your links (old ccbill links) are still ok no matter what you need to migrate to wms to promote wms programs (so you get some brand new options into ccbill affiliate back-end), but if an old program migrates to wms, its old links remain active 2 BV please specify what exactly i'm saying wrong  |

All the old (CCBill Legacy) links will still work even after that program has migrated to CCBill's new WMS script. If you wish to take advantage of the new features in WMS you will need to sign up for the program again and get a new link code. Repeat: Your old links will still work. |

You don't know shit, and like Sleazy you are not qualified to give CCBill support or comments. |

When WMS gives me a blowjob, until then, I remain skeptical.
|
It was in my account at the start, but with 404 pages. Then it disappeared and haven't seen it since. So I don't know. Fail so far..
... But CCBill has always been great and stable, and still is. |
so i was right. total failure
enormous fees they charge programs owners and affiliates wasted for nothing :mad and ccbill legacy is still outdated affiliate back-end the industry needs new and reliable billings (maybe some comming from mainstream). it's kinda a paradox. two major adult billings are totally retarded and those with merchants and gateways are just shady fucks |
I don't think most sponsors use CCBill because they like their admin area. They just bill our members really efficiently and pay us on time every time. And thet have been doing so for many years. And live chat support is actually pretty good there.
