I think Japan traffic would be good. As far as other Asian traffic, many are poor nations so what makes you think they are going to spend money online.

for example one of my websites is alexa ranked 51,000 in Thailand...if it was ranked 51,000 in america I can quit my day job. :2 cents:

The Asian bias is probably more towards Russia, China and India, where there's lots of people but a tiny percentage who ever buy anything. I don't see how a country like Japan would be a bad one to get traffic from, except a lot of people would need your site translated probably.

Most of the Asian countries do not have a lot of credit cards and often rely on SMS billing for their internet purchases.

Translate your page and enable it so they can pay with their mobile phone and you just may make some money.

Thailand traffic isn't as bad as Japan unless one of those fucking elephants sits on your hood, which will definitely fuck up your commute:
