Needed PP to EPASS transfer

I typically never do these because I do not keep anything in my PP or EPASS, but I know there are a few chappies who are trusted and highly recommended for this. I have a guy who needs to send me some money via his PP, and does not have EPASS.

BlackElf was the other name I was thinking of. However, only talked to him about purchasing sites or content some time back. All the same, good to know their names better now should this come up again.
