The design is a PSD file btw ... not CSS ... :)

Don't pay more than $100. There are quite a few here that will do it for that price or less.

$150 if it's just a one time thing. consistent orders/bulk would get you a lower price

I didn't say I had a friend who was great at Wordpress.

I said I had a friend who could do CSS. I actually need a Wordpress blog done, and I know NOTHING about it ... so I need someone who does.
