I need to rent a flat/apartment in the south-east of the Netherlands, province Limburg would be preferred. As i'm not an employee i've no working contract / fixed monthly income and so I need a landlord who'll take a large deposit / bank bond / similar instead of a proof of monthly income. Unfortunately i'm only able to find large companies renting any flats and they've fixed rules regarding the renter and won't rent flats if you don't match their conditions 100% (which include working contract, etc. ...).

Sounds like you may want to rent from a private person and not a company.
www.marktplaats.nl is the way to find these but I assume you dont read dutch (google translate?)
