**Non Payment** Shaun from ADULTS ALLOWED / PRIVATE VOYEUR
 

After 4 months of missed payments, lies, and broken promises, it would appear that Shaun, the owner/operator of Adults Allowed and the Private Voyeur is planning of scamming multiple affiliates out of well over $10,000, possibly more.

I am of course one of them.

Many of you are likely barely aware of the existence of this small AVS, but I had setup shop with many niched websites over the years that I had bought content for, updated monthly, and drove plenty of traffic to. Adults allowed essentially served as a hosting/billing service, and made a bundle in the process.

I'll spare you the boring details, but suffice to say that Shaun and his Adults Allowed network is hosting a TON of content that they have no license for, won't remove, and, naturally, hasn't paid affiliate revenue on in several months.

Though I've always thought he was an accommodating, honest guy, it's obvious that things have gone amok.

I'm also aware that Shaun has new projects on the go, and it's possible that he has, or will have dealings with some of you on this board.

Let this serve as fair warning.

Hey, I fly no sig and have no use for drama. I'm here to make an honest living, like I *hope* the rest of you are.

However, after nearly 10 years of 'webmastering', in 2009 I've experienced my largest EVER losses due to programs disappearing, or in this case, just flat out refusing to pay.

So I'm a little fired up.

I'd be curious to hear what others have to say regarding this, or similar types of situations, and if applicable, viable solutions.

My last payment has been sent in May and since all I got was the typical list of lame excuses. What are his upcoming projects?

Late spring was when I received my last payment also. He lost check processing around then, and was 'nice' enough to send one wire before going awol.

The Private Voyeur site is still going strong, and he has also has a new Tube-style amateur site in the works.

There are a couple of us affiliates considering taking action, especially those of us with content he is using illegally. Leave me a PM with your contact info if you're interested in pursuing.

have any of you tried contacting his processor or hosting company? Maybe a DMCA would get him to at least remove the content.
