A mobile tube/blogsite solution, who can offer me one or make it?
 

Want to be able to post videos, description, title, tags, and thumb.

Should open in different phones/mobile gadgets like: iphone, blackberry, android, general phone brands, psp, those kinds.

Should be able to play the video ON the phone.

If possible should convert a different video format into a couple different mobile formats. If not and i should do it manually its ok too.

Who can advise me if there is a system that i can run that can do this?
Who can code/develop a system like this for me?

Willing to pay a nice salary to the one who can do this and can do it fast!

No need for a "module", stp can do tube hybrit (normal tube, mobile tube) out of the box..
