I am looking for billing who can process credit cards and can pay epassporte to site owners.

CCBill is the way you should go! We use them for a long time and never had any problems....great support!!!

Once you find your credit card processing biller, keep us in mind for all that traffic that does not have a credit card :2 cents:

We also have a solution very similar to epass, you can send or receive money to your affiliates or models through our GT-wallet. The best part is our fees are much lower then epassporte or paypal.
