Question To Any Sponsor Rep...

May i ask you what's your share ?
Is this the same as a "normal webmaster"

Let's say, i refer a buddy, and get 10% from his reveneu,
you also get 10% or cos you are rep your "%" is higher ?
And if yes, may i ask which "%" ?

Do you get also a fixed amount every month besides your ref share ?

Willing to share it ?

Any serious post is much apreciated.

There aren't "porn industry guidelines" as to what a "sponsor rep" is going to make.

For some companies, a sponsor rep may only post on boards. For other companies, a sponsor rep may do everything from issuing checks to editing content.

There isn't a one-size-fits-all answer to your question. It's all depending on the company and the individual.

Sly, thank you for your reaction.

it would be grossly unprofessional for an employee to tell you what their reimbursement is for their work with a company. I don't think you will get much information other then what Sly has said already

spazlabz,

I am "just" curious, for a reason.
ATM i am dealing with a company that prefer to just pay a fixed fee.

That's like publicly asking a paysite how many members they have.

While some people may feel comfortable giving this info in private, I doubt any will on a public message board.

ICQ a program owner you're friends with...they'll probably tell you.

I just read the situation that you're currently in.

If it were me, I'd take my base (what I *have* to make), find a way to negotiate so that I get that and then implement a fair pay-for-performance plan.

I've never been a fan of flat fees. If I work harder and make you more money, then I want more money.

Of course, that's the sales guy mentality in me.

As for % that would vary by company. If you're dealing with a very large program, 1% across the board could make you decent cash over your base. A small program paying you 1% would be an insult.
