yellowfibert what is your experience?

do they have good support?

Zuzana Designs 02-09-2010 06:18 AM

I have had a box with them for over a year. They have been great to me, nothing but helpful. Customer service is great and Zak will make sure everything is perfect.

MPGdevil 02-09-2010 08:20 AM

Never used their service but can highly recommend them anyway.
Spudstr/Zak is a really great guy who often help people not even hosting at Yellowfiber.
It's one of the handful of hosts I would not be afraid of moving to should I ever need it.

fuzebox 02-09-2010 08:37 AM

Been using them for over two years. I love hosting with a company that is owned by a sysadmin, not a corporate sales and marketing guy.

paymeback 02-09-2010 09:31 AM

Over 2 years of A+ hosting, definitely recommend

chupachups 02-09-2010 09:36 AM

Solid company - good connections and support. Zak will go the extra mile for you. For sure among the top 5 adult hosts.

Spudstr 02-09-2010 10:36 AM

Ohh stop. You guys are making me blush. Thank you for those who are talking though :thumbsup :thumbsup As always I am always around to be found if anything arises/happens or a question needs answering.

k0nr4d 02-09-2010 10:39 AM

Many of my clients host there, It's solid.

boneless 02-09-2010 11:08 AM

i host there, it's been a good ride so far...

Jack Sparrow 02-09-2010 11:55 AM

I will never ever leave them. Fastest support ever and zak knows what is needed and how things can be important. Never lets me down ever.

If i need something i need it right away and zak makes sure i get what i need within minutes, hows that for support!

Klen 02-09-2010 12:10 PM

Well,it is better then mojohost or nationalnet.

Domain Broker 02-09-2010 12:12 PM

Fantastic host, I have known Zak since the mid 90's.

Short answer = No

Although i require some things that Zak is unable to provide. Other then that he was always good and fair to me. Also I left when he was going through some growing pains so things are probably even better nowadays.

You really couldnt go wrong with either MojoHost or Yellowfiber.

In all fairness, our growing pain you experienced was within our first year or so of operation, not our 5th.

fatfoo 02-09-2010 01:19 PM

I never tried those guys.

bdld 02-09-2010 01:27 PM

i use them, no probs whatsoever.

Holy cow guys...from your contact form: "Enduldge us"

It's "Indulge"

ladida 02-09-2010 02:03 PM

There are better hosts out there. Zak is at times arrogant in his lack of knowledge, and when confronted, i've seen him answer with "what can you expect from a $100 a month hosting plan" or something stupid like that.

Everyone has their quirks. I do not recall I've ever told a customer in the response from a product we've offered with what you have mentioned above. It absolutely boggles my mind when I see people wanting the world and more for sub 100/month machines. Have your cake and eat it too? Sure would be nice wouldn't it. And I am sure I am not alone on this front.
