Where to find a BIZ partner at? (mainstream)

I'm up to my ears in work and really could use a solid business partner, but have no clue where to look.

This is for a mainstream project that deals specifically with PPC/SEM advertising on Google, Yahoo and MSN.

Ive been working with a developer for some time now and our tools and technology are amazing, but we are about 80% (total, some are 100%, 90%, etc.) complete overall and really need some help finishing everything up.

I am not looking to hire someone to help drive this, ive been down that road and it was a mess. Rather, I'm looking for either a developer (local, skilled PHP programmer) who wants to help take on some of this work and contribute his time as money or a VC/investor.

I've honestly shelled out about as much cash as I can and don't have the funds to hire a full time local programmer and developer. Sorry to say, but I'm done working with offshore programmers for the most part, its been to many headaches and I want someone I can meet face to face with and show you on paper what im trying to do, not explain over IM and emails at 1am.

Anyway, not sure if anyone knew a good place to start other than holding a sign outside of a country club :1orglaugh

I know this is worth big $$ as I just helped build a startup from almost nothing to a decent size company (founder had a nice bank roll to support it) and recently sold for over $2.5mm... and i got nothing more than a "thanks." So I've learned what to and not to do over that 2 year span and how to make things better... just dont have the bankroll or ability to stop time to get caught up

Ive been putting some ads on CL in some major cities around where I live, and got a few leads, but only one turned out to be decent. the problem is the guy really had no money, but all he saw were dollar signs. he owned some construction company and had no clue about internet companies.

ive also approached a few businesses which would make for good partnerships with, but they are only interested in 100% completed projects, which I understand.

Its tough... everyone wants a piece of the pie but doesnt want to commit any time or money
