the best way to monitor every frame if a country wants to be so ridiculous is to just block it. Somehow I suspect the out come will lean on the side of free speech. The EU was the place that put the first to privacy above the 2257 regs. Should turn out ok. I guess we will see

Kind of crazy in a way as the video was uploaded before google even owned youtube.
