Silver Cash bans accounts!!!!
I worked with Silver Cash for several years and all was okey until 2.10.2010 when I couldn’t check my account. It had turned out that Silver Cash banned my account on 2.08.2010 and they didn’t inform me any way!!! I tried to find out what had happened. Several days I was sending them e-mails and tried to contact them via icq but I didn’t get any answer. On the third day at last I got in contact with their technical support and for the question why I wasn’t informed about my account’s ban they answered me the following:

I do not know how many people you have working with you, but i have been contacted by numerous people wanting to know why they can't get into their account, most of them are associated with the name "Evgeniy" like I told them, it looks like your account has been banned from our processing company, when they ban accounts, they do not provide us with a reasoning...

I wrote I worked with Silver Cash more than two years and never had any problems, never cheated or make some illegal things. I don’t understand why I didn’t get my money I earned and I want to know all reasons of this case, let’s sort it out. SC Laura didn’t answer my questions anymore!

I continue wring to their technical support but I still have no answers and my pay outs too…

There was more than 400$ at my account at the moment when money should be paid out but Silver Cash just keeps them.

In a week the same story happened with my colleague. His account was closed too and he couldn’t get his money when he should get them. He had about 400$.

I looked through a lot of forums and found some alike cases when Silver Cash banned accounts but at those situations people somehow settled their problem, got their money and continued working with this service.

This is a sad story. I considered Silver Cash as a very reliable sponsor, worked with them more than two years and earned about 20,000$.

I have a wide network with more than 150,000 of niche traffic, 30,000 of searching engines’ traffic and now I don’t know if it worth to continue working with Silver Cash.

I write all these because I hope that someone of Silver Cash support finally make all this case clear and pay me out my money!!!

Let's see if they reply here.. If you've been sending them traffic for years, it's very strange for them to ban your account like that.

That is a very strange situation. And I would love to see a replay from SC here about this issue. Until then I can not do more then wait and bump

I worked with the Silvercash Team and they were always quick to respond. It isnt yet 9am there which is when the office technically opens and they are in the middle of something huge right now as well. I am sure one of them will respond soon. :2 cents:

On a serious note, sponsors usually don't ban affiliate which make them traffic, i've seen to many times cheaters coming to GFY complaining they got banned, not saying you are a cheater, but considering no one knows you here you know how this looks...maybe posts some of ur sites? or maybe Silvercash will come here and shed some light.

What is it with scammers having enough balls to come and whine about their affiliate accounts getting closed when they're clearly attempting to defraud the program.

Unreal.

Why would a program bother emailing and explaining why they closed down someone who is defrauding them of money? Not only that but explain how they caught them so they can teach them how to scam better next time? That just sounds silly...

I understand what you are saying and I agree. However, without the recourse of having to provide some kind of proof or explanation, it opens the door for any program (shady or not) to stop paying out and just claim "fraud - end of story". Not saying that's what happened here at all, but the whole situation is a double-edged sword in that regard.



There you go, OP, you have your response. If you can so proof that it wasn't fraud, we're all ears. Otherwise, you have your answer.

Let me guess, you're a chat spammer and use subaccounts to manage and pay out fellow chat spammers. The response from silvercash would indicate a scenario just like this.

Hands down I'd still give SC props for being the best program for adult affiliates. then again I haven't really promoted them in a year or so. When I did, I saw great conversions, got excellent payouts, never had a problem getting paid. I can't see them banning you for no good reason unless something was suspected.

I got the EXACT same excuse from another network way back though. Capital Cash or some fucking thing. Don't know if they're even around anymore.

But I can say that no one of Silver Cash support wrote me till now. It is very bad!
As for those who defend Silver Cash and tell that I?m a fraud I can advise to put themselves in my own place.

I work with Silver Cash more than two years and have more than 30 sites, have many blogs, more than 400 sblogs and thousands of posted galleries. And one day they say I?m a fraud and my account will be banned! For no particular reason! And what is about all my work and content, sites and blogs? What should I do? Make all this work from the very beginning again? They make business and treat partners like this in USA? NO, NO, NO
If you consider 1, 2, 3 or even 4 sign-ups were a fraud then annul them but it is impossible to close my account not paying out money!

One year ago I had the same situation with AC and I wrote to their technical support. They annulled 2 sign-ups and paid me the rest of my money and we continued working together. It was fair enough. Thank you Archive Cash.

In January some of my sites and sites of my colleague (guy about who I already wrote) get rather high positions at Google. And right after this the story with Silver Cash happened. Our accounts were closed without paying out. On the overage I have 1-2 sigh-ups on a day but for the last period I had 3 days when I had 4 sign-ups on a day. I think it might be fraud sign-ups.
I think some of my business rivals might make this dirty thing with me and my colleague. And Silver Cash doesn?t want to examine this problem.

Silver Cash I address my appeal to you. Please examine this problem. I think you hold value of your reputation. And I continue fight for justice!!!

Actually , i think the ball is in silvercash's account. They accused him of fraud and i believe the gfy rules say they have to post proof.

barack, while your story sounds a bit fishy, you do have the right to be told why they called you a fraud here on gfy. ( it's in the rules )

Because you are an unknown on gfy , you are probably going to need to post some more info to help validate your story to get much support from gfy.

Evgeniy, Vovan, Petya, Alexeiy, when you idiots get to understand they getyou banned cus they do not trust your russian names?

I see these kind of issues with some billers all the time. A biller will ban a campaign and account and not share the reason why. Generally they will say something like to protect our proprietary fraud scrubbing process we can't disclose the issue. This being said the affiliate program can and should challenge the ruling, this will force the billing company to investigate the account with a pair of eyes instead of automated software.

I would say 1 out of 5 times the account is turned back on when you go though that process. Its a real pain in the ass.

I had the same problem with ARS a long time ago... but I talked to them and I still can use my account to refer other affiliates but I can't make any sales as I was banned for CHEATING them... the best part is that I had only made 1 sale with them when it happened... any way, I talked to them and got myself a new account on ars... the thing is that when the processors ban you they don't give much info to the sponsors about why you were banned...

damn dirty things, hate when that happens
