Anyone know of a twitter app that allows you to mass delete followers that only have like one or two posts?

probably, use goog

Should clarify.. I want to delete people that I am listed as following that have like zero or one or two posts.

Sure thing: go to tweepi.com/tools/cleanup/ and connect your Twitter account. After your list loads, click the "Customise Columns" option and ensure the "updates" box is checked. Now in your list simply click the Updates column to sort by least number of tweets and you can then simply check the boxes for those you want to remove and click the Unfollow button. (Check the top box and SHIFT+click the bottom box to bulk select)

I know of a few but twitter had banned the mass unfollows on them for some reason. I have personally had twitter take my account out of the search results for anything due to unfollowing people, I guess. It was a personal account and I just got overwhelmed with all the people I was following that I did not know.

Mass following and then mass unfollowing is a common strategy among Twitter promoters to get people following you. It's also a way to get your account banned in about 2 seconds flat, because Twitter is not retarded.

If you mass delete ppl it will send a huge red flag to twitter. This is one of the ant-spam measures twitter has incorporated to keep an eye out for spammers that mass follow then mass unfollow in order to get around follow limits.
