Free app to permanently change .exe icon?
 

I've gone through like 4 of these fucking things, not one of them does the job without watermarking the icon or some stupid shit. I don't want to pay $100 to change one fucking icon.

Seems like it could do the job if i knew wtf i was doing with it, what a fucking headache. Aren't there any free appz that will just drop and drop an .ico?

I used to use this to change icons angusj.com/resourcehacker but it is so long ago now I would probably have to learn how to use it all over again so can't really help you if you get stuck.

Don't know of a free one that does drag and drop.
