You should be able to get $150 for it quite easily.

It's free site, running WP with 10 new posts per day, 2 years old domain, $20K revenue in 2 years.

Can we see it?

Depending on how stable revenue and traffic is 12 months back, 6 months back and the last three months. How is the revenue made? From signups, advertising on the site or other method?

For a good quality site, 10-12 months revenue, caculated as an average of the last three months revenue, given that it's pretty stable 12 and 6 months back.

From what i've read recently.. your being very generous on that 10-12 revenue model. People are flinching even at 6 months now. :Oh crap

I think what's more important is to make a very good presentation to the seller.

Make an auction and then the person with the highest bid will buy the site.

Its a buyers market. 6-10 months rev.
