The data comes in tab-delimited + utf-8 formatted text files and can be downloaded as a whole or per country.

Could really use a database of North American towns/cities and their corresponding NANP (north american numbering plan) ID's, if anyone happens to have one kicking around! Need area codes, and town/city codes.
