Imagine an alien of higher IQ exists. They would be impossible for us retards to understand. I mean, we can't even understand people of higher IQ, not to mention aliens.

or an alien of a lower iq.

I took an IQ test when I went to college. It includes my test scores and fields of work for which I might be suitable for. But, I think that there is no IQ test that exists that can measure the intellegence of a person. I think that measuring the intellegence of a person is impossible.

Some people think that a person that makes more money is smarter. This could make sence. But, think about this, a person who makes more money also pays more taxes. Would a person who pays no taxes at all be smarter? Some people think language is important. Would a person that knows 2 or more languages be smarter than a person that knows 1 language?

Some people say that a person has a will, and whoever has a strong will is smarter. A strong will is an important thing. For example, let's say you want to go on a diet of 1200 calories/day to achieve your desired weight. Well, if you don't have strong will power, you will eat more and get fat.

I think the best way to decide who is smarter is to look at the goals a person sets, and then you can see how well a person achieves those goals. Remember that making more money is not always the goal of a person. Human psychology is a weird thing. Have you ever wondered why a person would do something harmful to themselves willingly? Sometimes it even happens like that.

Maybe something like this would make sence: Goals of a person:

1) Grow Wealth
2) Diet / Physical Health
3) Friends / Lovers / Good Relationships

Have you considered that maybe the Brain is an organ similar to the Stomach?

I can say the brain digests information that is fed to it. Maybe you need to feed your brain the right information every day.

Maybe all you need is a few calories a day. Just a few good words like "I love you."
