I have just built a nice site for this domain ( based on a wp theme) currently it has a Godaddy affiliate banner and also one for Certified Hosting..of course you could change these to promo celeb sex tapes or whatever and add more advertising..

Its linked to a licenced picture database thats updated daily and all photos are legal and not stolen ...you will have access to all the photos in the database..I think over 200,000 and growing daily. ( note you do not own the photos/database) they are to be used on the site in the format style now used.

This is an easy to run almost automatic site and will soon grow in SEO terms/searches as it matures.

I can host the site for a small free or help transfer it over to your hosting.

This domain/site has lots of potential...

And why does the domain have fake PR7 ?

Instead of putting a negative impact reply like that why didnt you contact me and ask ? now you have given the impression the PR or something is fake ?.

I have pointed this domain..then I parked it a while..then I built this site so I see no reason for anything to be fake ? I dont understand rankings...or even what PR7 is as I simply sell domain names do media sales etc ...I dont do any seo...or anything so everything should be as it says it is ? I wouldnt know how to fake anything or what benefit it would be to me as I know nothing about the subject ...

PPS...I just checked it here and it doesnt say anything about "Fake" ? http://www.prchecker.info/check_page_rank.php ..I then checked another and it says it maybe montreal gazette the domain I pointed it at before may have fake PR ???? ..so thats it..the PR wasnt a selling point in the sale anyway.

You are a selling a domain that is broken.

PR is short for Page Rank. The domain you are selling has a Page Rank of 7 but it's fake.

This most probably will have serious implications (google penalty) for anyone who wants optimize it for Search Engines.

The potential buyer im sure will do such research as you did and carry out checks as they require as thats what buyers have done in the past and will base thier offer on those results... I advise all buyers and anyone buying domains to do research..... check for trademarks etc.

In view of your comments I think I will withdraw this domain from sale and work on fixing the point you have mentioned as I assume its going to affect the price and will re-list it once its all done.

I dont disagree Denny as stated above ...I have no idea how it was caused etc other than I will try to get someone who knows this type of problem to fix it .....:)...yes I did point it to that site when I first got it ( its my local newspaper) rather than simply leave it parked...I had no idea it would cause any problem to the domain.

If the domain I pointed it to has a false PR why does the target site still show and has done for like 8 months or so top of google in many search terms ? how comes its not getting a penalty etc ? just curious

Ps... the domain and site belongs to one of Canada,s biggest newspaper and TV media groups and gets lots of traffic..just trying to figure how they got in this fake PR saga...
