Where can i find: zipstore script?

Can anyone help me find a software script that functions like this: http://www.solarcash.com/zipstore/

its to create a zip store, linked with ccbill, that allows a customer to purchase credits to then purchase zip files.

Anyone any ideas where i can find this script or a similar script? CCbill couldnt assit me!

They use their own custom script. Not sure if there's any commercial scripts out there.

As Eric said I believe it's a custom but I do know he has sold some of his other scripts before.
