These guys are being evasive and are using stolen content from http://onhercam.com on their site and within their site.

They are using my content of my model, Evelyn (also a model from GodsGirls.com)...they went as far as to photoshop cum on her face.

there's nothing in that copy n pasted email from PunkBucks that suggests they are doing anything of the sort - PunkBucks as far as I know are very legit.

Stealing content sure is not good. People can take pictures from FHGs and use those pictures to link to FHGs, that's fine. If they take a photo and use it for purposes other than promoting the correct site, than it's not good. Stealing long 15-minute videos from a paid member's area of the site (not just 2 minute previews) is even worse. Lots of tube sites out there steal long quality videos that are only available in the paysite member's area if the user pays $30 or whatever amount to get inside. They could leave some words on the video which is the correct paysite name to get the sale, like "Kinky GFs."

Evelyn is a thin young woman with a colorful tattoo of a goose on her arm. She has a pierced nose and possibly her lips on her mouth had plastic surgery. She has black hair. Is it wrong to photoshop cum on her face? It is wrong if someone who does not own the content does it, or it is wrong if the person in the photo did not consent to it.

Maybe this problem got sorted out and there was no stealing content, but some transfers of ownership of the content with consent of Evelyn to have cum photoshopped on her face. No, I don't know any contact information for KinkyGFs.com. Just to steal photos or videos is one thing. To steal photos and videos and to put a completely different site logo on them is even worse. Of course, the content has to be used only by a person authorized to use the content. That is the way I think it is.

Now having said that, some TGPs out there are using photos from FHGs which link to the FHGs. However, they don't send 100% of the traffic from the photos to the FHGs. Sometimes they skim 50% or some other percentage of clicked traffic to go to the FHG from the photo. This is an acceptable thing. Some traffic goes to the FHG and some traffic goes to traffic trades from the content photo. However, to link the photo to a completely different site (with 100% traffic going to that site) is completely wrong. A photoshop of cum on her face is even more wrong.

The DMCA is a document which probably has some powers in court. Probably it is the document that proves that the models are 18+ and it proves who owns the content. Maybe it can also be used for tax purposes and perhaps you have to get some kind of licenses to do certain porn. In some areas, you have to get a stripper license to act like a stripper. Stealing and providing bad quality service (which is almost the same thing) is wrong. Good luck to GodsGirls.com and Abbie.

Well I've spoken to Jim and matters have been cleared up and he's handling it. As I suspected I believe its DK aka Dragon of PunkBucks who's being deceitful.

A bunch of Dolls were commissioned for side work by Jim for legal content in his sites. They were all paid and signed his releases. They new it was ex girlfriend content. How am I being deceitful?

And no, Evelyn did not sign the sickbucks release. This came to our attention on April 7th. You didn't start demanding Sickbucks releases until April 19th from Evelyn ... yesterday. Her images (images WE OWN) have been up and live since at least April 7th and I never ever licensed or sold that content to you or anyone within your business.

It's clear that you are deceiving girls in order to get this content. I know of at least 4 girls who were on that site and had no clue they were on that site, much less with cum photoshopped on their faces nor having any clue about who sickbucks was until yesterday. And to say they won't get paid unless they sign the sickbucks release? wtf kinda blackmail tactics is that???

jim has over a dozen legal sets by Dolls who are in full disclosure of what it was for, even instructed on how to take the sets to look like ex girlfriend sets.

This is a fairly simple situation to understand. For those that want the real story, here it is, for those who only seek drama and conspiracy, well I guess nothing I say will ever satisfy you.

As he mentioned above, Jim is indeed a part-owner in The Dangerous Dolls.

Some of our models/Dolls were contacted to provide content for his other sites; many agreed and signed his releases and were paid for their content for his ex-GF sites.

There was an apparent mis-communication with his staff, who believed as he was now an owner in the Dolls that they could take and use any and all content from the site for their sites. This is NOT the case.

As we were made aware of it, Jim has had the unlicensed content removed and I'm sure has clarified things to his staff.

As for asking the Dolls' to sign a new release form, that is due to the fact Jim wanted brand new releases signed and up to his standards, instead of using our old ones. Nothing too out of the ordinary with such a request. The release in question was still for Dolls, not a blanket release form for their content to be used anywhere and everywhere.

DK had absolutely nothing to do with this and is definitely not being deceitful with the models. The Dangerous Dolls is his passion and if any of you know him, you'd realize with all he has sacrificed this past year he wouldn't throw that all away on the few hundred bucks he could make selling the content.

However, in this case, as far as we know it is the case. Why contact and buy content from many of the models, to then only steal a set from 2-3? To save what, 200$-300$ ? The situation really was, IMO, that the designers/staff at SickBucks were not aware that Jim's investment into Dolls was a separate venture from their ex-GF sites and was not a full-access pass to the content.

SickBucks seems to have trouble paying affiliates so doubt they will be around much longer anyway.

I understand that, I never claimed you owned GodsGirls just that you provide models to them.

What I was referring to were your previous comments accusing us of poaching models from that site; which we don't do, we don't actively pursue any models from other sites, however, if they apply we happily accept them in most cases. Many have mentioned they left GG due to payment issues, I was under the impression some of those who complained work for/with you; if I'm wrong there, no problem, just ignore my comments related to that.
