Payserve.com has added Jim Williams (aka spazlabz) as an affiliate manager to their program.

Payserve is happy to announce the addition of Jim to our support team. He has worked in the industry since 1997 and has a great deal of knowledge and experience to help our affiliates with support and development. The fact that he lives in the US is also a great benefit. This way we can give webmasters support almost 24 hours a day. Really thank you to everyone for the congrats and well wishes. Now it is time for me to get down to some work so if you need anything regarding Payserve, if I can help you to make money with this incredible company I am available a lot more hours during the day then not so hit me up either on ICQ or e mail and let's do some business ;)

The one thing I am not afraid of is honest opinions and I welcome yours. We will be working very hard to improve both the websites and the program. If you would like to tell me your experiences (what sites you pushed, how you promoted and so on) I would like to hear about it. The more information you can give me (if you have the time and inclination) the more I can learn and work to help improve things.

I can guarantee you two things
The first is that Payserve and myself will take you opinions and any suggestions very seriously
The second is we will not consider them to be interesting nuggets of information but take them into account as legitimate actionable items

I hate that we've lost ya, but I do ask that you keep an eye on what you will see here happening with the program and sites and see if it might work for you in the future :thumbsup

I do not take anything personal especially since this was your experience with Payserve. I understand that if you had a bad experience it is gonna stick. My concern is turning that around and winning you (and your traffic) back not by making promises but by making improvements. I would rather discuss this with you over ICQ but not because I want to take your light off the issues but because it is a bit off topic. However the 92 day limit caught my eye as well. I suspect it has to do with server load, but what would be a reasonable time to be able to check your stats back? I will definitely make the suggestion and see if we can lengthen the time
