Tim Russert AMAZED that Black Reps are seeking Tea Party Support
 

"Listen to the surprise in Luke Russert's voice as he reports that many African-American Republican candidates for congress are seeking support from the Tea Party. After all, says Luke, the Tea Party is a group that "a lot of folks have claimed to be racist against African-Americans."

Russert expressed his amazement on MSNBC this morning, discussing a New York Times article that reports that at least 32 black Republicans are running for Congress.

If "a lot of folks" have accused the Tea Party of racism, I'd say many of them come right from the mainstream media itself."

The point here is that the Tea Party movement is NOT RACIST.... and the people that buy into that crap are swallowing the propaganda hook, line and sinker, rather than finding out for themselves.

I heard yesterday and found it interesting that in Nov elections their will be more black Republicans than Democrats running for office nationwide.

Tim Russert is actually the one that's racist, for automatically assuming there aren't blacks that would want to support the Tea Party.

On The View this morning I caught a tea party leader as guest and when they asked her if the tea party was mostly republican, she said no they're democrats, libertarians.. all fiscal conservatives.

If only someone could have the balls to actually state what they stand for, it'd be nice. All this wishy washy bullshit wherever the wind blows lameness is useless. Yeah the tea party is now mostly democrats and libertarians and black people. Ok then.

Actually, even the lib media polls show at least 40% of the Tea Party is Democrat and independent....


Hell, the Tea Party around our area was STARTED by Libertarians... Not Republicans.

The "Tea Party" is just the Republican base. Nothing special about it. It's just getting so much press because of the inflamatory rhetoric, signage and the fact that some of them are packing heat. It's all just basic Republican issues with a stupid new name because George W. Bush made them embarassed to be Republicans.

I can tell you, that when counter-protestors show up, they are ignored.... unlike when you try to counter protest at a left-wing rally, people will attack you. I know this first hand from many many encounters.

The fact is that most of the signs are the tea party rallies are talking about voting out EVERY INCUMBENT IN OFFICE, be they Democrat or Republican. ALL OF THEM.
