The only ones I can think of are

Clips.com

I know there are more... please add to the list along with any thoughts about them if you have used them before.... :thumbsup

ClipClinic.com recently closed shop. ClipClinic.com and Clips.com are the main sites remaining.You can also make your own downloadable clip site using a licensed or custom CMS, a script and your own biller.
