Hey guys,

I haven't officially announced it in here really, but I supposed now is a fine time. I've partnered with Matrix Content Inc. and Pichunter.com and now represent the submissions and advertising operations at Pichunter.com. I do not run the traffic trades, so please, don't ask. Anyhow, we need some new submitters.

So, here we go. We are looking for clean galleries from people with reputations to uphold. All submissions are tied to a username and password, so if I give you an account and I see it cheating, I know it's you. From anyone who wants to start listing their galleries at Pichunter.com I will need.

Password to submit, you should be giving out passwords to posters who want to keep their galleries out of your trash.

references are a good thing. Too many whinners want to remain totally anomyous, and the ONLY reason for that is so that they can cheat. There's an old saying about ANY business, "put your name on the door, it raises the stakes"
I have no problem providing references. TGPs get ripped off far too often by idiots changing their galleries and adding dialer auto installs and such. Those things KILL their traffic.

But I'm up to my word if that counts for anything. As you might notice these are just templates I've done for others, I haven't had much time to submit, but an extra partner-account never hurted anyone.

I'm just trying to get some new designs, sponsors, and people involved with us. We have so much traffic though that people love to cheat. So, we're putting it on your reference's heads. If you refer someone and they cheat, I may not give you an account. Bottom line is I'd rather shitty galleries from an honest webmaster than really pretty ones from a cheat.

No, we all know # of posts doesn't mean alot, but it does mean something. If you've had 1000 comments, odds are I can kinda get a feel for the kind of guy you are and how you work. I'll take people with no posts ever too, but I just have less to look at with them.

Listen, I don't know what happened at PicHunter.com before I started working there in October. But, I can personally assure you that we don't steal other people's listings from their TGPs, all of our are submitted too us, and anyone that has a claim that we took their listings can take it up with us here on the board. We have the records to prove it was submitted. As for the quality of our traffic. I have a ton of sponsors that can attest that we are pushing a lot of sales through them at TGP like conversion ratios. Yea, it still is TGP traffic though, so conversions aren't sky high.

Nope, I just said you had to post an ICQ#. If I don't have 100 or more of your general comments on record, I need something to get a good feel of who you, or your reference is. As well as a reputation to ruin if you cheat.

Sorry Lens, I'm basing it more on your references than I am on your galleries. A lot of cheaters make very pretty galleries. A lot of honest webmasters make really ugly ones. I'll let the traffic decide whether your gallery sucks, I'm just concerned with whether you are honest. Come up with some references or I can't give you an account.

Hairy and Mature are our best converting and most popular categories.

Different stuff works different places. I don't claim that our traffic works for everyone.

I hope you will consider as primary approval condition the quality of our galleries because many of us can't show any references.

You should consider that most cheaters don't spend time/money on design and content so the chances are low for you to find cheaters among the people who posted until now.:2 cents:

I won't comment your words about all the galleries being submitted (some latest Hun's listings were not submitted to you, but let's forget). I just want to say that your business approach is making me think that Pichunter is really changing. I'll send you a mail later today with my samples and references, will test your traffic and post on GFY the results if you don't mind. I'm always open for changes and both hands up for getting rid of cheaters, no matter who they cheat.

I get paid on performance of the site's overall preformance with our advertisers. They get paid based on how our traffic does on their galleries. Any questions?

Are there other TGPs I might be able to contact and verify that you have been submitting for a while and are on the up and up? Do you have anyone in the world submitter, GFY poster, TGP owners, or affiliate program reps that can attest to your honesty? I'm sorry, but we aren't getting paid to hand these out, and without a reference you just aren't a good risk. Try submitting to many of the other TGPs for a while to gain a reputation or some contacts that I can check on you with.

I most certainly did not say that you were a cheater. In fact, I doubt you are a cheater, but my point remains that I trust reputation more than design quality. If you can show me that you've been posted on Thumbzilla a few times, that's a good enough reference for me. I can even contact him myself. So, by all means show me something, I really really do want new good posters.

Actually Petr or Gotys still owns the site, however we are helping him manage his traffic, submissions, and advertising. So, the quality of the traffic, the marketing model, and the quality of the galleries should all improve.

but you are getting paid to hand out submit accounts. thats your sites content which brings surfers back day after day.

if someone submits to tgp's and doesn't cheat, i'm sure there would be someone who could stand up and say 'yes, he's a good submitter and doesn't fuck my surfers around'.

Your galleries are certainly up to snuff, if you could provide ICQ#s or E-mails for your references, or just ask them to post here, I can get you set up.

thats just plain wrong to do bussines that way - but do as you want, Im not gonna submit to your site If you dont give the submitters an equal chance - I have NEVER been asked for refference before, not at thehun, Thumbzilla, titworld or jjj - but since you think your site is so special, you can keep it that way.

Just keep ONE thing in mind. Its gallery creators like me and the other guys that keep YOUR site alive - remember that buddy.
We can live without you, because there are other TGP's around, but YOU cant live without us. :thumbsup

isent that why they made ".htaccess" ?

the reason tgp's do this is because of the amount of cheaters out there. check out thumbnail post, everyday there's like 6 or 7 banned url's in the new list. you go through the work of accepting galleries and trying to have a quality list and then some dweeb redirects or throws up a dialer.
