I just came across this http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/health/8674380.stm . Do you think it will affect condom sales? Looks like its funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates foundation ... Does anyone find it creepy?

This blast of ultrasound sounds dangerous. What if it stops production of useful cells, as well? Useful cells such as muscle cells, skin cells, veins and other cells? Why is it only stopping sperm cells?

Sounds crazy! They should make a pill for dudes. :P

Well it's kind of hard to stop perm production. A weoman produces 1 egg every month. A dude produces millions of sperm daily. You'd basically have to suck all the testosterone out of dude then of course he'd be important thus he wouldn't be able to fuck anyways.

Does ultrasound stop herpes and AIDS and other STDs? No. So no I don't see it affecting comdom sales.

How is it anymore creepy than having some doctor snip your balls?

I saw a thing where they were doing trials of a high dose testosterone shot monthly which shut down production in the balls yet gave you enough to keep everything going and the lack in your balls made your sperm die. Or thats what I got from the article... pretty sure it was in testing phase but maybe not.
