1) Don't prepare
2) Show up to a meeting over an hour late
3) Bitch about the work and pass it off to someone else

I do not think it is a mainstream issue. I have come across plenty in adult that fit that bill.

some people in adult may be difficult to deal with, but in mainstream it seems like it's the norm. I HATE working with people who are strictly mainstream. I wish I could shove them into the adult industry so they would get some business ethics!

As much as we all complain about working with people who blow through timelines, don't return emails, etc...I've found people in adult to be mostly on the ball and accountable for their actions. I've rarely encountered the level of laziness that I just did with an individual in mainstream.

I seriously have never wanted to kick one persons ass so much before today.

ya its definitely in adult too, but in adult there's less work to go around. so, other than the fly-by-night clowns that spam gfy, the pros in adult are generally on the ball.
