Few Tube Site Questions.

i want to start a tube site, so any help / tips would be appreciated.
i have few questions though.

1) what tube script redtube / pornhub site uses ?
2) which tube script should i go for ?
3) Anyone here tried smart tube pro ? hows it is ?
4) Does anyone knows a tube script which can pulls videos from another big tube sites. IDK if its illegal.

I use WP and some tube plugin for free. Work nice.

- most likely they have a custom designed script or tailored at least.. consider a more higher end script like MECHBUNNY or SMARTTUBEPRO

- see above - anticipate growth and INVEST in a proper system so you don't do patch work later

- I hear good things - it integrates to alot INCLUDING NATS which is a powerful affiliate system software if you went this route (suggested).

- SMARTTUBE and most have places you can legally pull content - for example we provide affiliates tons of content and even tons we host to get you going asap - this is very common. further, most legal tube sites do allow sharing via rss etc. which you can import - however if the tube isn't legally compliant you could run into issues if your a worrier.

if you are just beginning and want a pretty good script for free i would suggest the Nubiles script.

One advice, look for partners, and make sure your tube provide a partner program, might be easier to make some friends around here. Also look into stuff like Vobile or so.

Personally i don't care if somebody grabs the hotlink protected videos and repost it but it's not really a good idea. It would be better to get some affiliate videos and make some post and ask for submitters.

Give them a link under the video as a reward so they will start posting and you will have original titles/descriptions.

If you just scrape other tubes your content will be silly and google will not give enough love.

Anyways about scraping, you can have a better ROI if you just embed from those tubes and put up a trade script and start trading traffic with sites like that..
