Some of them are quite attractive in spite of being overweight. Those ones definitely deserve the title of BBW, but I always find myself thinking they'd be far better looking if they lost the weight. Some fat girls are actually supermodels who just happen to be 50 to 150 lbs overweight.

Others look more like BMW would be a better descriptor though.

I know of no "BBW" equivalent for men. If a guy is overweight he's just called fat.
