i think i submitted my ticket 2 or 3 days ago already :( is it normal to wait that long? :(

That may be true for basement operations, but i would LOVE to see what my employees think about being in the office over the weekend.

This holiday weekend most people left work early on Friday and had today off also. My thinking is that they will get back to you tomorrow, just a guess.
