no reports on unique hits, signups attemps, and where the hell are the online support?

We are actually collecting information about unique hits, signups etc since january this year, it's just that the backend interface is not released yet (our dev department are working hard on it right now) When it comes to support, the above is our support hours. We are not as big as some of our competitors yet, which makes it impossible for us to have 24/7 support and maintain our low rates. |
I am happy with Zombaio. I would love with a 24/7 support, but itīs still fine for me...

With Zombaio you have all three. There is nothing wrong with their support, it is just not 24/7 for the reasons they have stated.
I seriously believe that only idiots and people who don't actually process with Zombaio think they suck. |
