You have had this up for sale for a while with no takers, would you consider trading for other domains? I have many that you could probably sell easier.

Hi Rob , yes I have had it a while but have had takers ( 5 bids on Sedo) + a few private offers but the highest offer to date of $950 was just under the minimum I wanted of $1,000 hence it remains for sale. ( B.I.N was $1,500).

I think you have no idea how Apple operate....a site exsisted on this domain before it became listed at Sedo.

Apples policy has been to not pursue domain type claims unless the domain owner uses such domain to sell competing products...

A few things to note for anyone talking about trademarks : Apple dont own the trademark iPad and they dont even own the domain iPad (.com) last time I checked.

Apple said Monday that the iPad tablet computer will go on sale in nine more countries this week. Apple has already sold more than three million iPads since they went on sale on April 3

Apple said the touchscreen multi-media device will be available in Austria, Belgium, Hong Kong, Ireland, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand and Singapore on Friday.

The iPad is currently available in Australia, Britain, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland and the United States.
