I haven't really been following so somebody please correct me if I am wrong. They knowingly release a defective product, and instead of replacing said defective product with a properly working product, they give you a case to fix the problem?

That just seems ridiculous. These are not cheap items. The customer should be getting what they paid for, no defects.

Agreed. And did you catch Stevie's overt defensiveness when asked very direct questions?
He may be a genius, but he lacks a lot in a sense of "business professionalism" IMO. i mean, I know he doesn't have to act that way because hey, "He's Stevie Jobs" ..."He's the Apple Man" but c'mon, act the part man.

I btw, have an HTC Incredible and fucking LOVE THAT PHONE! You watch HTC come up the ranks in the next year....:thumbsup

less than 2% return rate on a product that sells 3mm = free cases. if you don't like it, return it. they waived the return fee. have mine and is fine

how do you go about getting one of these cases? im guessing they are only available at the apple store with is about 30 minutes from my house

A FREE case?! OMG I have to get one now!

I have never and will never buy a case or any kind of lame bumper thing for my iPhone 3g, the size increase is annoying and so is the usability, if you need them to protect it then you should probably go back to using the cheap disposable flip phones or something.

if you were cool, you'd just use duck tape. Is there anything it can't fix?
