adult agencies > old school or still in use?
 

Just wanted to ask because I have seen alot about some girls using agencies and was not sure if that was the old way that went out with the industry rates dropping?

Do any of you still hire models from agencies or not?

In any situation I think I am the only girl continuously working on the west coast in Canada? I have not heard anything from anyone about people working in or around the Vancouver area in a long time...

Which means there are obviously no agencies up here!

Never worked a lot with agencies. I could always find good girls, who had not been round the track once or twice, myself.

Did have a few contacts in the UK who were great at sending new girls. Most agents send them to the highest paying people first and often don't get new girls anyway. The girls are often recommended by other girls on the circuit.

you use agencies in Czech, i see lots of well known agency girls in your content. i think so anyway.

Why would you use an agency. Put in ad in the local college paper. In today's economy, you'll get chicks willing to do nearly anything.

Organise everything, hire your crew, location, prepare your equipment and then wait for your model NOT TO COME !!!!!

We find it easier and cheaper to use the very good professional Czech and Hungarian agencies for girls in London than try and hire UK models...

There is no good UK agency and UK models are unprofessional.
