I noticed yesterday on StatsRemote that I had 1 sale for $30. Then about an hour later I had 1 sale for $0. Hmmm....

Same thing happened to me, I am on PPS, they said

strangely later I got a 67cent rebill emailed them with no response. I also asked to see the secondary biller so I could check for cross sales.

its all mobile traffic to their mobile site so I'm not sure how it would of been anything else.

if it was always 1 sale for $0 then i would of just talked some shit to my cat and called it a day, but when it shows $30 one minute then $0 the next, im wondering what happened.

I'm not going to stick up for FYC - for one, I've never done business with them.

I will start off by stating that this still seems a little odd, as a rollover to a second biller should only credit you upon that second biller posting back - and should show in those stats unless they have a DB_STATS user that's horribly out of sync; but it's showing that sale just not the value of it.

However, StatsRemote sometimes does stuff very, very wrong. There was a pretty neat bug for awhile that would change your averages per account dynamically as you resized the window. Great for party tricks. I'd see what FYC's explanation is.

Also: Calling out a network over a single perceived missing join. Is this truly where this industry is now?

Not that I'm calling them out by any means, but looking for someone to respond as to why this is. I normally and not going through my stats every 10 minutes, as I have work to do and this worries me. $30 or $30 million, its still money regardless.

I checked the first time around to see where the sale was generated from (doing some testing) and saw inside their admin 1 sale $30 (same as on statsremote).

Either case if its a mistake on their end or whatever thats fine, just want to get it resolved, I'm tired of getting hosed and loosing money. I doubt it would be a charge back in the same day, let alone about 2 hours later.

They still convert well for me regardless, better than any other mobile sponsor to date

And you are sure there isn't a credit or CB in there? Go to detailed stats and it will show it. If I remember correctly, they have that feature checked in their NATS.

Usually, SR tries to 'parse' the page, and I've seen it fail horribly before. If you only saw it on SR, I would still be wary.

Honestly, it looks like a sale+refund or sale+cb combo. If they offer 'extended' stats, you can often see if you had a CB or Refund. PPS removing on refunds is a pretty shitty thing to do, though - although I have seen some programs with that turned on in the past.

I logged into their site (which uses NATS) and showed 1 sale for $30 after I saw it on SR.

Two hours later when SR updated, I noticed my daily total was lower than what it was earlier that day. I found the FUCash was now at $0 when earlier it was at $30. I logged back in and now see 1 sale $0

Referral came from a bookmarked link it showed, but I have a few of those towards sales.

Last night I logged into FUCash and saw I have 2 sales (this one coming from another referral URL from one of my sites) for a total of $30

They only show referring URL and daily totals, thats it.

Did you look at the detailed stats to see if your account has a credit or CB? You have to click detailed stats to see the info on it. Usually this is what happens, shows a signup and then $0 if they deducted.

And as I said before, I believe FUCash has this in place in their NATS.

Sure looks like sale+credit, sale+cb.

If they have detailed stats setup, you can go to /stats_detailed.php and choose your program. It's not standardly setup, so it's probably not there.

Note that this may show CB+Credits, but that can also be removed from detailed stats pretty easily.

It's a CB from a different surfer. You got a join that day and also had a CB that day, the $$ column is the net. So you had someone signup and a different member CB within two hours.

Calling out some company on a public forum over 30 dollars? You couldn't have emailed them?
