Why does CCBill not accept virtual VISA?

Tried joining with my epass virtual visa to test something, it gets declined time after time. Seems stupid.

could be as i think its classed as a pre-pay card.

and anyone of any age can get pre-paid cards.

I don't use epass virtual VISA so much... tried to use it twice or so with no luck

CCBILL will never accept virtual VISA.

Same as VEROTEL..

They simply won't.

We do accept prepaids, I would have to check on your specific virtual decline though.

Can you drop me a line? Your email bounced for me.

It may be due to the issuing bank not being in the same country as the card holder. This has happened to me with online purchases and was told that it was due to what I mentioned.

Our records do not indicate a CCBill decline so we are looking into it further.
