Honestly, thats why I live in a HOA run community. I dont need neighbors who dont cut their grass, have junked cars or paint their houses weird colors.

That's a retarded white trash product, most communities have by-laws banning stuff like that.

As soon as a few neighbors have those, you'll be wishing for the days of the "boring" garage doors to come back I think.

They're like christmas lights I think. You want the large gaudy displays to be put up somewhere else so you can go look at them on your own time. Then you want to return to your modest, normal house.
