Tables in Dream weaver

Can someone please tell me how you guys go about making all those fancy tables in dream weaver? :)

Don't get me wrong, I know how to make some basic tables but when it comes to designing the real fancy ones I have no clue?

Please help heh

the dream weaver is not for designing use adobe photoshop to design.
