i can collect these fees for a few months and then go out of business stating my model is not sustainable and send a program termination letter to all my members...

maybe not $999 but "business models" like this are not very uncommon. its mostly mainstream though. and you will need an endless chain of offshore companies ;)

2. Payout a share of advertising revenue to viewers for watching porn with ads
3. Voila!

You need to run the full pyramid referral scheme too and I think if you put it down to $100 to join with a $10 referral payment with a 10c watch payment with accounts paying out after 3 months by which time you will have long since closed down and reopened as someone else you'll be onto a winner.

You don't even have to do that. Put out a couple of good looking sites in popular niches, pay affiliates $100 per $1 trial for the entire first month as a starting bonus, 2-3 prechecked x-sales with hidden terms, massive members area upselling and 1 month payout hold on affiliates and you can probably collect some fat money before It's time to split(affiliate payout time).
