So I keep getting hit up on ICQ by this "AFSC" person about buying their content.

These people are incredibly unprofessional..I realize they are new to dealing with webmasters but this is ridiculous. They start out nice and when they are rebuffed they turn on you.

6/29/2010 I told them we were also content providers.

I assumed they would leave us alone but I was wrong.

7/15/10 ICQ spam

7/19/10 ICQ spam - Asked them to remove us for their list

8/10/10 - ICQ spam - Asked them to stop Spamming me

yea i get them too... and sometimes upto 5 messages within 1 minute about the same stuff

not them particularly, but part of the reason why i phased out my ICQ. hope they stay away from skype...

must be annoying. Maybe you can find a way to spam them also, if they refuse to stop spamming you?

Perhaps add their email address to many newsletters, or what ever creative idea you might have. Find their phone number and include it on craigslist as a prostitute etc.

After a while they might get the message.

i always wondered if i would sell more if i contacted people on icq and tell them to buy something. i havent done that in 7 years

I have AFSC (Kelly) on my ICQ for a long time and have never EVER gotten any spam from her or any one else on their team. They have always been professional at all times. Unless I am just bugging the hell out of kelly just for the hell of it and then its just general chit chat and even then she tolerates my random babbles nicely.

Yepp, I asked a few qustions once about some deals and packages, and BAm was added to her spam list. So I blocked her and has of course not received a single message since. I highly doubt I will ever buy from them because of that desperate behaviour.

And also, how professionalk is it to always, always, have some kind of special deal going on of like 50-75 % off? Either that indicates to me that you stuff is shit, and can't be sold or you have simply marked up everything to a ridiculous price to fool that one guy who buys without checking first and you'd make a huge profit on him. And for everyone else, the "normal price" is the 50% off with a cupon.

No, better to move on and buy from someone else, who doesn't spam and have more honest prices to start off with.

I have noticed ICQ spam has seen to come back more the last year or so. It was nice to go a few years without it

I'm not 100% sure it's the same girl, I think it is but forgive me if I'm wrong. They were hitting me up regularly as well, so I finally talked to her on the phone, told her what price and series I was in the process of buying and asked her to beat it. She immediately starts slinging 1997 prices at me, launches into a tirade about how she used to be a model, knows the studio heads PERSONALLY, owns her own studio and how I couldn't possibly be getting such low prices. Then she wants a list of what I'm buying and who I'm buying it from so she can turn them into the studio owners, I guess... a truly surreal experience from an awesome saleslady lol

I keep getting their SPAM as well...I've asked them to stop on numerous occasions with absolutely no avail.
Those idiots can talk the talk...but they certainly can not walk the walk!

Once you have asked to be removed from their spam list 3 times... you can sue them for up to $10,000 for each additional email they send. :2 cents:

Remind them of that, or simply sue them.

Either way, I bet it gets you off of their email list.

I will add that I was contacted by someone with that company that was interested doing some business with us. We chatted about it for a couple of days and ultimately we did not order or purchase any of their content. However the person I chatted with was very friendly and professional and I have not been hit by any spam from anyone at adult film star content
